Returning an online order

Aire is committed to customer satisfaction. We offer free returns 30 days from receipt of purchase for Australian customers. Customer paid 30 day returns back to the Sydney warehouse for Rest of Word customers. Final sale items contained on the sale collection cannot be returned, unless deemed faulty.

Refund Policy

No returns or refund on final sale items as marked.

If you request a refund within 30 days of receiving the item, we will refund you in full to your original payment method, once the item has been returned to us.

We do not offer exchanges or store credit.

We aim to refund you within 5 working days of receiving your returned item.

We will refund the cost of the item/s only, but not any initial or subsequent shipping costs, customs duties or import taxes.

All items must be returned to us unworn, in their original case and box, and with the cleaning cloth. Inspections will take place upon receiving the returned items and if they are in an unsuitable condition the refund will be void and item/s may be shipped back to you at an extra cost.

Returning an item from another retailer

If your Aire item/s was not purchased on www.aireshades.com.au please refer to the retailers returns and exchange policy to process your return. In the case they are unable to assist you with your return, please visit our Contact Us page for assistance.

What happens if something arrives damaged or defective?

Please visit our Contact Us page within 7 days to report the issue.

Following inspection of the item, AIRE will either replace or refund the item in accordance with Australian Consumer Laws.

Faulty products & warranties

Manufacturer’s warranties come with all products. All our sunglasses are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for 6 months from the date of purchase, with proof of purchase.

The details of the warranty period are details on the warranty card or in the instruction booklet. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratched or broken lenses, lost screws, fading or nose piece
and frame deterioration.

Any alternations to the sunglasses will void your warranty. The manufacturer reserves the right to repair or replace, in part or in full, the sunglasses returned for warranty or repair. Warranty claims and other repairs are at the complete discretion of the manufacturer.
